Four Seasons at Farmington is located in Lower Macungie, PA, roughly equidistant from both New York City and Philadelphia. It is in close proximity to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, golf courses, healthcare centers, fishing streams, and several malls. This location also allows residents easy access to main roads and highways throughout the Lehigh Valley and beyond.
Built by K. Hovnanian, there are 256 homes on over 100 acres with numerous trees in a beautiful park-like setting. There is a wide array of social events throughout the year along with a variety of amenities and activities.
The homes in the Four Seasons at Farmington community are single-family and fully owned and maintained by the homeowner. Responsibility for management of the community lies with the Four Seasons at Farmington Condominium Association. All homeowners are members of the Association. A seven-member Executive Board, elected by the homeowners, manages the Association, with significant assistance from a professional community management company, First Service Residential, Inc., and several committees composed of volunteer residents.
The common property is maintained by the Condominium Association which provides services such as lawn mowing, snow removal and limited front yard maintenance. Trash and recycling services are also provided. As with other 55+ communities, homeowners need to comply with a set of landscaping and architectural rules which provide a framework for homeowner proposed exterior home and landscaping modifications. The on-site Community Manager assists the Board of Directors and committee chairs as needed, and communicates with all homeowners regarding relevant community information. In addition, the Association provides all homeowners with a monthly newsletter.
